The purpose of the DMES software is to manage multiple machines and work areas. Software configuration and installation time depends on the number of machines being monitored. Additional costs therefore apply when adding machines.

Addition of a manual station and installation of D-MES Station software on the customer's hardware | In manual areas, DMES Station software must be installed to allow the operator to interact with the system. The customer must provide a PC to be located in the work area. |
Addition of n°1 non-Donatoni machine with Industry 4.0 interface | Non-Donatoni machines must be assessed to determine the complexity of the integration. Generally, if the machine has an Industry 4.0 interface, the connection should not be problematic. |
Addition of a non-Donatoni machine WITHOUT an Industry 4.0 interface | For non-Donatoni machines without Industry 4.0 capability, a specific solution must be assessed and implemented. |
