By interconnecting production, DONATONI MES BASE provides a single control panel where the status of all managed machines and/or work areas can be monitored in real time.
Features:
OVERALL DASHBOARD: Overview page for the machines and stations connected to DMES, showing machine status, the name of the current job and various production data.
INDIVIDUAL MACHINE DETAILS
AREA INFORMATION: detailed machine page displaying real-time and production data, such as the number of pieces produced and the m² of slab cut.
ALARMS: displays the history of alarms generated by the machine over a specified period.
PRODUCTION: page dedicated to production data over a specified period, showing the number of slabs processed each day and allowing an ideal production target to be set.
WORK FILE TRANSFER: work file management page where a dxf, csv or iso file can be selected and sent to the machine for processing.
REPORT: reporting page with various filters, allowing you, for example, to search for the name of a work file and generate a pdf or csv report.
The supply includes:
Remote installation of the DMES software
Annual DMES software licence
Installation of n°1 Donatoni machine
Remote training (2 hours)
The supply DOES NOT include the hardware; a Windows Server or Windows PC is required.

TERMS OF USE AND RENEWALS:
DONATONI MES is accessible through compatible devices under a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, subject to the terms of use.
DONATONI MES services are provided to the Buyer for a period of 12 months from activation and will be renewed automatically for a fee at the list price, unless the Buyer gives notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the service validity period.
If the DONATONI MES service is not renewed, some software functions will be disabled.
Renewal prices may vary according to market requirements or changes in production, personnel or ancillary service costs, without prejudice to any legislative provisions affecting sales prices.
INSTALLED SOFTWARE
The Software is licensed on a non-exclusive basis and may be used only for the licences purchased; any right of transfer or sublicensing is excluded. Ownership of the Software and of any rights not expressly granted shall remain with Donatoni Macchine (and/or the relevant software suppliers).
The customer is responsible for physical connection charges and connectivity costs.
