Procedure

  • Check that the bridge and other machine components do not come into contact with the parts being moved

  • Open the drain valve to empty the tank

  • Lift the blade frame using the dedicated supports (Frame weight = 750Kg)

  • Remove the workpiece recovery grids

  • (OPTIONAL) Lift and empty the abrasive collection tanks. Then clean them and check their integrity

  • Thoroughly clean the tank, removing abrasive residue

  • Reposition the abrasive collection tanks, grids and blade bed
