Description

This message is displayed when the machine is switched on or after the emergency stop button is released.

Symptoms

Possible causes

  1. The controls enable (RESET) button has not been pressed;

  2. Malfunction of the controls enable (RESET) button on the electrical cabinet;

  3. Malfunction of the Pilz safety control unit.

Possible solutions

  1. Press the reset button on the electrical cabinet

  2. Check the contacts of the controls enable button: while the button is held down, the contact must close and the green start LED must appear on the control unit; if not, replace the button contacts;
