PACKAGE FOR PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING JOBS AND WORK CYCLES
 
D-MES _ JOBS is the business tool that helps streamline production management activities and allows you to focus on the value-adding elements of your business.
 
Careful production management is the foundation for achieving company revenue targets and, above all, profitability targets. At the same time, providing an accurate and timely service helps build customer loyalty and strengthen the company's credibility.

The various functions are described in the following sections with the aid of images.

The JOBS package integrates with, modifies and automates certain company processes; it therefore requires analysis and discussion with the relevant company roles to ensure the system is set up correctly and effectively.

The additional package includes:

• 4 person-days for analysis, system configuration, minor customisations and software usage training. This is generally suitable for installing and configuring a system with up to 5 work areas and 10 machines. The customer will be informed in advance if any critical issues emerge from the analysis or as the work progresses.

The supply DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• specific customisations

• installation on unsuitable hardware

• travel, meals and accommodation costs for work at the customer's premises

JOBS

Job management page where a new job can be created or an existing one can be edited.

PIECES FROM DXF, CSV

Pieces to be produced for jobs can be imported from dxf or csv files.

WORK CYCLE

The work cycle for the various pieces can be entered in the job.

Information on the files uploaded for the job is also available on the Info page.

SLAB ASSIGNMENT

The slabs to be used can be assigned to the job.

REPORT

A job summary report can be printed.

LABELS

Job labels can be printed with information such as name, date, etc.

or labels for the pieces

PARAMETRIX OFFICE INTEGRATION

The work cycle can also include office programming with Parametrix.

This also allows nesting of the pieces on the slabs to be completed.

The programmed slabs are then returned to DMES as ready for cutting on the milling machine.

JOB PROGRESS

The progress status of the job and each individual piece can be viewed.

STATIONS

Job management and progress status are also available for manual stations.

At each station, the details of each job can be viewed; activities can be started, paused and the operations planned for that station can be completed.

Job files, pdf, dxf, images and other content can also be viewed.
