DOC3 DMES CORE

This MES software allows the main stages of slab processing to be managed and controlled. The operator can follow the process from the initial cutting stage through to the final finishing and polishing operations.

SIDE BAR

The side menu is located on the left and allows navigation between the different program pages.

BUTTONS

	MENU Shows or hides the side bar, which provides quick access to the main sections of the MES software.
	HOME Returns to the MES software home screen.
	PRODUCTION Opens the section dedicated to production. In this area, the operator can manage and monitor the different slab processing stages.
	STATISTICS Opens the statistics section. Here you can view data for completed jobs and monitor production performance.
	TOOLS Opens the tools section. Additional functions useful for configuring or supporting MES software activities are available here.

MACHINE CARD

This section summarizes production statistics and the machine's operating status in real time.

MACHINE STATES

	OFFLINE STATUS Indicates that the machine is switched off.
	PRODUCTIVE STATUS Indicates that the machine is switched on and operating.
	NOT PRODUCTIVE STATUS Indicates that the machine is switched on but is not currently in production.
	ERROR STATUS Indicates that the machine has an error.

MACHINE STATISTICS CARD

The Machine Status and Statistics card provides a real-time summary of machine performance.

Doughnut chart

Provides immediate visual feedback showing the completion percentage of the current job.
