DOC4.4 COMBINATION OF THE CUTS

In this screen are shown the combinations of spindles used by the machine to execute the cuts.

List of Combined Cuts

Each element of the list located in the right section shows the combination of spindles used to perform a set of cuts simultaneously.

NOTE

If a spindle is manually deactivated via the appropriate command located in the tool panel, it will not be considered in the cuts combinations.

As for the classic cuts, it is possible to change their order inside the list or disable them.

Activate/Deactivate cut
Indicate if the cut should be enabled or disabled for working.
Pressing on the button changes the state.

Move with arrows
They allow to move the selected cut to the higher or lower position.

Displacement to desired position
Allows to move the currently selected cut into the position indicated by the adjacent text box.

Pause
Allows to insert a pause in the next position to the selected cut.

NOTE

Each operation performed on an item of the list has effect on all cuts that compose it.

Buttons

In the lower bar you find the following button:

Display Unloading
Allows access to a screen through which the operator can create an unloading program to position the rows of pieces onto the appropriate conveyor belts.
