The row unloader is managed by the software by creating an unloading program to position rows of pieces on the dedicated belts and to check gripping positions and the zones used.

Executing the working
The software checks that the slab is divided into horizontal rows (with a tolerance of a few degrees in the cut direction), that the piece dimensions are within the limits, and sets the movement order and the row of suction cups to be used.
Suction-cup movements to the right or left, intersecting pieces and other similar conditions cancel program creation, and the program will not be unloaded automatically.
Gripping zones are shown in green, while non-gripping zones are shown in red.
The parameters are set by the technician during machine commissioning and remain fixed.
