  1. Loosen (DO NOT DISCONNECT) the high-pressure hose fitting

  2. Hold the valve body stationary and unscrew the ring nut underneath

    Release and move the valve

  4. Unscrew the coupling body to access the orifice seat

  6. Use a small tube, pliers or another suitable tool to remove the worn orifice

  7. Insert the new orifice into its seat, checking the correct orientation (tapered part facing upward)

  8. Clean the various fittings and then apply anti-seize lubricant (Blue Goop) before tightening

  9. Reassemble in reverse order, observing the specified tightening torques
