Description

During automatic working cycles, the PLC may generate an overcurrent alarm for each individual axis when the maximum load capacity of the relevant motor is exceeded.

Possible causes

  1. Instantaneous excessive load in the Z direction

  2. Z-axis motor malfunction

Possible solutions

  1. Press the reset button to reset the error, then press the emergency stop button, re-enable the controls and resume normal operation;

  2. After carrying out point 1, if the error occurs again while moving with no load in any direction, replace the Z-axis motor
