Description

Generic error on the drives. On Jet and Spin machines, the problem will be on the drive used as the power supply unit

Possible causes

The causes are various and depend on the error message shown on the drive:

  1. If the installed power supply unit is new, some configuration parameters may be incorrect (error messages F09, F21 on the power supply display);

  2. The power supply unit is faulty;

Possible solutions

  1. Connect to the power supply unit with the COM cable and repeat the

    Power supply configuration for ED3 motors

  2. Check the error message on the power supply display (F07, F09, F21), try restarting the machine and check whether the error occurs again; assess whether the problem is related to a motor;
