Description

The lubrication system fault alarm is displayed when there is a blockage in the grease distribution circuit and the grease cannot flow out; check that at least the minimum amount of grease is present in the reservoir and then inspect the distribution path.
The empty grease reservoir alarm indicates that the reservoir must be refilled.

Possible causes

  1. Grease reservoir empty;

  2. Grease blocked at the pump outlet;

  3. Grease pump wiring error.

Possible solutions

  1. Using the dedicated filling point, pump the correct EP1 grease into the pump;

  2. Check that there are no obstructions at the pump grease outlet and that the grease is not old and solidified;

NOTE

To reset the error, press (CYCLE START BUTTON) _ (BUTTON -) for a few seconds and reset the errors directly on the pump by pressing reset.
