Description

This alarm appears when the pressure switch on the machine's main air unit detects a significant pressure drop

Possible causes

  1. Insufficient line pressure;

  2. Sensor incorrectly adjusted;

  3. Faulty sensor;

  4. Sudden variation in inlet pressure

Possible solutions

  1. Check the pressure gauge on the machine's main air distributor and verify that at least 6 bar is present. If not, set the pressure to six bar using the regulator and check that at least 6 bar actually reaches the system.

  2. If the pressure gauge reads 6 bar, turn the screw inside the sensor half a turn clockwise and check whether the alarm disappears. If it does not disappear, use the input map in the software to check when the signal is active

  3. If the alarm does not disappear despite adjusting the sensor, disconnect the sensor and connect the sensor wires together. If the alarm disappears, the sensor is faulty.

  4. If the error message lasts for a few seconds and then disappears, it is probably caused by a pressure drop; monitor whether the pressure drops frequently
