Description

Alarm that appears when a movement using the suction cups is performed either automatically from a program or from the manual page.

Possible causes

  1. One or more suction-cup zones outside the area of the workpiece to be lifted

  2. Sensor incorrectly adjusted

  3. Faulty sensor

  4. Damaged suction-cup rubber seals

Possible solutions

  1. Disable the suction-cup zones that are outside the workpiece area, or move the workpiece pickup position alm

  2. Turn the vacuum-switch adjustment grub screw half a turn counterclockwise.

  3. Connect the sensor wires together and check whether the error message disappears;

  4. Replace the suction-cup rubber seals
