Description

This error generally appears when the suction cups are resting on a workpiece.

Symptoms

Possible causes

  1. Suction cups resting on the workpiece;

  2. Sensors incorrectly adjusted;

  3. Faulty sensors.

Possible solutions

  1. Raise the Z axis to move away from the workpiece, then press the button to raise the suction cups

  2. Lower the suction cups using the appropriate button; open the protective steel covers on the suction-cup arms and check that the LEDs of the lower sensors are on
